S-America
Made up several Spanish-Portuguese-speaking countries. It is connected to North America by a strip of land we call Central America. The major rivers in South America are the Purus, the Parana, the Madeira, and the Amazon. The Amazon is the second longest river in the world. South America is also home to the world’s longest mountain chain, the Andes.
